If you need to cancel your service, please note that according to our service agreement, a processing fee will apply if it is done 30 days or more before the scheduled date. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund if the cancellation is done within 30 days of the service, but we are happy to allow alternatives in such cases. Also, if you registered but did not attend the conference, we will not be able to provide a refund.
To notify us of the cancellation, simply send us an email at refund@itaxinfo.com, and we will get back to you with a confirmation within 3 business days. All fees will be refunded within 10 business days according to our refund policy. Please be aware that sometimes things happen that are beyond our control, and we may need to make changes to speakers or topics. But don't worry! We will update these changes on our conference website as soon as possible.
Since India Tax Info Pvt. Ltd. provides non-physical services, we cannot issue refunds after your order has been completed. We encourage you to understand this refund policy when purchasing any product or service on our site. Notwithstanding this, we fully understand that exceptional circumstances may arise in connection with the nature of our offerings. Regarding our Payment Policy: Your registration becomes official only after full payment is received. Unfortunately, individuals who haven’t completed their payment at least ten business days before the conference won’t be able to attend the conference and workshops. Payments can be made via check, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express; we consider payment complete once we have your filled-out registration form. Please note that there will be a processing fee for returned checks, and registrations will be temporarily suspended until we receive an acceptable payment like a money order or cashier's check.
